The Workout
The workout is designed for maximum efficiency. Each workout is a circuit-style program designed to shape and tone all of the muscles in the body while adding strength and maintaining an elevated heart rate to burn maximum calories. The goal of the circuit-style workout is to reduce body size and body fat while increasing functionality. This program is not just for fitness, but also longevity.
Form
BODY180 puts special emphasis upon form and breathing throughout the workout. Spinal correctness is key to isolating proper muscle groups. Done correctly, exercises can help to correct posture and reduce any aches and pains. Done incorrectly, exercises can aggravate any aches and pains or imbalances that exist within the body.
Cardio
Maintaining a regular cardio vascular regiment is essential for a healthy heart and clean cardio vascular system. Doing regular cardio helps elevate your RMR and caloric consumption in general, thus making it easier to burn fat.
