I first went to Gerri in my 8th month of pregnancy and to my surprise I found out that she's both a massage therapist and Doula! Gerri is simply a magical healer! She was referred by a friend a couple of years ago when I could barely move my arms or shoulders, due to a constant pain and tension that just appeared one day. Kaiser diasgnosed it as "Frozen Shoulder" , but their medications were ineffectual on the pain, and their physical therapy was completely useless in my opinion and experience.

However, after just a couple of sessions, Gerri was able to help me relax the tensions and helped me begin to gradually recover my range of motion (& greatly reduced pain right away). Technically "Frozen Shoulder" is supposed to often cure itself in about a year, but I got my best relief sooner & faster under Gerri's expert care. Today I remain completely pain-free with almost full range of motion restored and I attribute @90% of my immediate relief to Gerri's weekly sessions. Nothing else anyone offered really provided that level of immediate or ongoing relief, so that my muscles & joints could heal.
