Yes it's true, one of the biggest gifts we can give our bodies is the gift of healthy proper nutrition.
When we treat our body with love and feed it nourishing foods we can live a vibrant life, and continue to do the things that love to do.
There are many diets out there and many claims for results to cure this or that. The most important thing to remember is to be consistent in your passion for a healthier YOU! You don't have to cut sugar out entirely but, you can probably stand to go a few days without it!
Making small sustainable changes is where it's at! Your body won't let you do anything you don't want to do, and if you don't want to give up that doughnut or that glass of wine, make a deal with yourself to skip a day or two. Trust me it's the little things!
